Let's define happiness
As doing something well which interests you. Most of us will agree on the importance of sitting well, typing well, or playing tennis well so that we do not get undue fatigue, aches, disatisfaction, or lack of confidence.
Yet when we put into effect our plan for doing an activity 'well', more often than not, we find that we do not know how to change our existing ideas about how we move, and we keep repeating the same old ineffective plan over and over again. We may blame our failures on our habits, while attributing the successes of a select few to 'talent.'
Through studying the Alexander Technique
You will learn to constructively change your existing ideas and thoughts, with which you generate your movements. You will learn to
assess your movement needs, and gain increasing facility at planning and carrying out the corresponding activities with effectiveness, ease, and potential for success.
As you experience increased success at this very fundamental level, you will also experience increased happiness and confidence in all your undertakings.

London Interactive Teaching Method (ITM) provides Alexander Technique classes and tuition for individuals as well as organizations. We offer private 1-to-1 lessons, small group classes, and workshops. Our classes are performance focused, and have in the past found strong interest among actors, dancers, and musicians. Of course everybody is welcome to attend classes!
